I agree. I was thinking "why is it 'foreign' in the title?" English is not my mother tongue, but i can't think of any way "foreign" is right... maybe it's like... "strange"? Because Nana is learning about love or sth like that?

The same to me!
English is not my mother tongue and I was also confused of title. So I googled “フォーリンラブ” ,which is the original title, to figure out.The I found it was pronounced as “Fōrinrabu” in Japanese ,which exatly means "fall in love" as it firstly used by Japanese comdians!
But I also found some Japanese people asked whether "フォーリンラブ" means "foreign love" or not .So I think the scan team might be misled.

Hiya! English is my mother tongue so I thought I’d just throw my two cents in. I know it’s falling in love but I can understand why there is confusion. “Foreign love” means unfamiliar or strange ect I feel like this title would also suit the manga, either way I loved this manga
The title should be falling love instead of foreign haha

This page says falling, so maybe the author intended it to be falling ( ̄∇ ̄") http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/doutei_nana_kun_foreign_love/uu/doutei_nana_kun_foreign_love-chapter-1/5/
Sorry, I meant this page http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/doutei_nana_kun_foreign_love/uu/doutei_nana_kun_foreign_love-chapter-1/4/
Oh,thanks. The author has the final say.
Anyway,It shouldn't be "foreign love". ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
