What does Ren mean by " there is not much time left"? Can someone explain it to me?

dude, ren is a child. he almost hooked up with his cousin cause he convinced ren that he'd become an adult if they did sexual things, and ren believed him. it's like the candy offer. and for all Ren's preaching about how he understands Haru, he doesn't. it's natural that Haru would struggle between not fucking a minor, and his love for him, as well as wanting him to have a family, and him being his guardian. then Ren got in a fight and couldn't understand why Haru was mad at that, and his injuries. of course you'd be upset if Haru came home all covered in scratches and bruises and he refused to tell you why. these two have a very long ways to go until it's an equal partnership

I love this manga but the ending was I don't know somewhat of it great manga though I don't really get the end.

Basically, once in the fencing club she snaps and tells them of how unfair they are and that others are the ones who are guilty, she wants to die and get rid of her burden of being misfortune, then she sees her brother arguing, and he was about to die (or a least get injured) by falling down the stairs, so she puts herself inbetween hoping to die. Then she, passed out in the hospital, remembers her previous memories. At the end a man from her memories explains that she was the one convincing herself and embracing her title of misfortune. So when she awakens, she learns to embrace those around her. Her brother gives up on being her lover and resorts to being her family.
Is harui his lover or is it kawamura? I though he love Harui but then he said he can't leave Kawamura alone? Did they break up when he said "sorry " to her? Or IDK I don't understand this even tho I like it. (▰˘◡˘▰)
