Even Kayden says it a bunch of times how hes impressed with Jiwoo how he never give up and keeps working to better himself i dont think that Jiwoo is a mary sue protagonist i like that he lost a lot in the beginning and took those chances to make himself stronger. And with Kaden as him teacher well he'll just become op like his teacher
