I was wondering why he shot at him even after seeing it was a human and not a monster. So he's a target and Gun probably is one too? That's so fucked up, also his ass is getting real use to those white tentacles...
I love how they both tease each other so much. Ho really turned such a sweet wholesome moment into a teasing one lol. Also poor baby girl just wanted her milk in the end, not her dad's tasteless porridge. As for Mi-ok I think from what she said, something either happened to her in the past or possibly someone she knows, though while she wants to see her meddling as good intentions it's not. She's acting in a way I'm sure Kwon already dealt with when it came to the elders in that area, hopefully seeing them together does show her that what is considered "normal" is a bunch of bs and just the standard people like using to label what they think is right.
This was such a wholesome read, I wish we could get another volume of these two. I wanna see Yoh maybe open his own little salon strictly for children, and maybe see their relationship further like moving in together.
I almost forgot about the series of the vampire but not actually a vampire boy and the mc who just assumed all of that lol. This story definitely seems to have more smut, which isn't bad but I've enjoyed two of their previous stories so hopefully I like this one. Also what an adorable little puppy! MC seems to love animals so that's already a plus for me, hopefully the ML is actually a good pet owner to that little furry baby.
So that's how Derwin was created! I'm glad we didn't have to see how he made it into what it is now, because I wouldn't handle seeing more of that piece of shit. It's still confusing to me though, he essentially much like his brother is the creator of his nation, so why did he choose to be a cardinal and not the actual ruler? Anyways this was a great season, I really liked this very detailed backstory and cannot wait for the third season.
That crazy bitch is the reason his mother died and man when I say I hope like hell she's gets the worst fucking ending ever. The most brutal death and still being tortured even after death. As for the piece of shit "friend", the same for him but I hope it's Nok who fucks him up and makes sure he becomes nothing but a lowly peasant, fucking disabled one at that so he can't do shit and suffer. But I know before all of this can happen, I know the sweetness they're experiencing will probably turn to a bunch of angst and heartbreak this season.
It was fucking obvious that hyung of his was the one that set everything up. What a piece of shit, I really need to read the novel. Also I am so happy they somewhat explained the whole him being an adult but shape-shifting into a cute little puppy. That has genuinely had me confused since the beginning, like he's cute and all but how
So reading the two recent raw chapters I'm not even remotely surprised that it seems like Doyeon has had a long one-sided love for Daehyung for years now. From what I could tell he realized his sexual orientation as a teen, assumed he could've had a chance with Dae but saw he liked women (older ones at that lmao) and he was brokenhearted. Recent chapter shows that he ended up going down a bad path I guess of alcohol and sleeping around. Anyways the chapter before that it's obvious he wanted to breakup our couple cuz seeing now that Daehyung can date men, especially a young pretty one like Yiyoung (he had that vibe as a teen too), I'm assuming he thought by breaking them up he could now shoot his shot? I love how instead of being horrified at the possibility of losing Daehyung, Yiyoung's reaction was hilarious and quite wholesome. The recent chapter shows that Daehyung now knows and seems like next chapter he'll talk it out with Doyeon. Now look while all of this is funny, the unnecessary drama of bringing an old friend who just wants to be a petty ass cuz he thought now he had a shot, that or feels like if he couldn't have Daehyung so why should Yiyoung, it's disappointing. This new series could've been more about their relationship, how they're holding up in building up Yiyoung's company, maybe move in together etc. I feel like after this season it might end, hope I'm wrong though.
At least he knows for being an ass for ignoring his bf who just lost a loved one like wtf. Also I saw the recent raws, and Jeongwon does NOT like that Yuna chick, he was pissed she kept going after him. His reaction was similar to the way he reacted to Inhwee's shitty sister trying to flirt with him, but of course the boy walks away BEFORE he can see Jeongwon out right reject her smh.
I know the author was sick (is this an original manhwa or based on a novel?), so it makes sense after coming back from a long hiatus that she wanted to finish it. But I low-key wish MC had suffered just a tiny bit longer lol. Boy was stressing me out by keeping his mouth shut about the obvious smh. I do hope we get a few side stories to at least see them genuinely enjoying their relationship.
Was going through my bookmarks and came across this, it's been exactly year since the season 1 finale was uploaded. That's crazy, this is the THIRD manhwa adaptation of a BL novel that has for some reason been on hiatus, what now seems like an indefinite hiatus. The story is interesting and the art is so freaking good too, this is just...
I love their little moments together and I need more of them. I was looking at the recent chapters from the raws and my god I HATE his mother. When will that bitch get what's coming to her. The fact that he's truly hopeless against her is frustrating.
The absolute look of confusion of Ilhoo is exactly how I felt when o read that final panel. Chaeheon has been acting like an utter asshole and yet he feels like he has the right to be yelling at Ilhoo and for what? Man this season the writing just went down the fucking sewer
Honestly the way he instantly fell for him is so Now I'm curious how things will be once the official husband comes into the picture cuz dude forgot about him quick lmao. Also is it me or during the sex scenes the speech bubbles (and flowers apparently) are placed quite strategically.
Someone protect Shiorin's sweet uncle too! Poor Ria, I wonder if the color we see on the new cover is something he'll end up gaining once he falls for Na-san, which is kinda cute when you think about it. But to think he was also bullied like his nephew, I already love him. I hope we see a sweet reunion between him and his sister!
We are moving forward in the plot though of course had to get in a quick sex scene in the beginning.
No but why do all the recent BL manhwa I've been reading keep ending so abruptly??? Especially the ones that seem like they have a solid plot to them too. Yet I've read ones that are so ridiculous and purely smut (which isn't exactly bad) that go on for like 40+ chapters
Honestly this is Inhwee's first relationship so I get why he is the way he is, although I still find it ridiculous he tried to put up a persona that he was some super playboy. I understand that's why their relationship started cuz of Jeongwon using that as some sort of IN to get closer to him, but that got old real quick and he should've just been honest. So seeing him seem more upset over that in this chapter (the idea that Jeongwon knew all along) as opposed to losing the ring... As for Jeongwon, he genuinely likes him and it shows, right now he's going through the lost of his grandfather and just wanted to comfort and support of his boyfriend that he couldn't properly get cuz said guy is in his own head over something ridiculous. That being the not an actual playboy thing, seeing as he came clean quickly about losing his ring. Now why I marked this as a spoiler is cuz I've seen the raws and it looks like they've broken up, not sure which of the two decided to say it, but Inhwee is keeping his distance (like a fool smh) but Jeongwon clearly wants him back. Also Inhwee needs to cut out that toxic friend of his, the creepy dude that gets way too touchy with him.
Finally I get to read the end, I've always looked at the raws and wondered what was being said though it was obvious what was happening. This is genuinely one of my favorite BL manhwa series, the character development for Iliyan was so good though knowing how long he's been drinking, makes me think realistically he might not have such a long life. But anyways I wish this had lasted longer, maybe getting to see their wedding and even adopted babies and just Kyle and Iliyan being a loving adorable couple just a bit more. I kinda really hate a good chunk of the side stories were wasted on Gale and Robin's toxic af relationship.
This was a truly sad chapter, I like that we were able to see his grief not just as a child but even well enough into his teen years. While I get he wanted to stay for the dream both him and his dad had for him, it was extremely irresponsible for the best friend to leave him as a child all alone. Also one thing that had me like ehh was him asking Hyun to call him father. Like he wasn't a toddler when he lost his dad, he knew what was going on so to be asked to call someone who was his father's best friend, father just because he adopted him. Asking him to call him uncle or maybe a nickname would've been better.
