If you're hating on Hyesung for his reaction or Chowon for his mental disorders, you're all lacking empathy and have absolutely no idea what it's like to go through such painful experiences. It shows.
His depression has hit rock bottom, he was still dealing with everything (do you even remember how he reacted when he saw his dad from afar in the buffet?) and then everything happened with Dojin (which didn't help either, he wasn't looking for it and it was a huge shock to him that he was an omega as well).
The way he mistreated them at first and abandoned Byul as well, you can CLEARLY SEE how he was repeating his parents' mistakes. Do you believe that because someone is smiling, they're fine? It's actually quite easy for kids to go on and do the same mistakes their parents did, that's what we call UNHEALED TRAUMA, they're unconscious actions that take root in a person and doesn't allow them to sit back and reflect, this is why we do THERAPY GUYS, SO SOMEONE CAN POINT IT OUT TO YOU AND LET YOU HEAL IN TIME.
Hyesung doesn't want to see ppl nor Byul, did you even see his dead eyes? He's dead inside, he can't deal with anything more than his own monsters. He doesn't have the energy to even get out of bed, much less to take care of a baby who needs their parents 24/7 physically and emotionally speaking. His mind is constantly attacking him; he probably doesn't even sleep or eat either, it's a precarious situation.
If you can't understand this without someone telling you, get off this manhwa. You're most likely too young to be reading something like this. If you're old enough, get off this manhwa and go read mental health articles from trustworthy sources.

I dropped it when we didn't have an update for a year, I was religiously following this back then. I remember I stopped at chapter 29 and I come back after years and it's barely at 40 although that's something.
Re-reading it now, I can grasp the situations and nuances much better, so I only want to say how good it is at exploring the characters' personalities but it's so dumb at the same time at times. I like that balance since it feels like an ongoing drama with no breaks whatsoever! Why the heck is this heavy, constant atmosphere?!
I also don't know how I feel in general about it, no crimes have been committed as Haru is waiting for Ren to grow up, but he's still a minor so it bothers me (like, kisses and fingers since it's happened, but at the same time he's practically grown-up now? He's nearly 18 ahhh). But the way the characters in their surroundings seem to have accepted that, eventually, they'll be an official couple while looking over them... feels good. I'm sure if anything were to happen, as it has, they're there to make sure Ren is happy and safe (since he's the minor here).
Mixed feelings but it's good, I really wanted to express this ambiguousness, although it feels like rambling hehe. Let's rewatch the anime!

Since I've seen all sorts of comments with no backing at all one what's shared, I'm writing this in hopes it helps someone confused:
1. In the original novel, Claudia's skin color DOES get lighter (I don't know if it was specified if she became 'white' or not, but that's how it seems to be). But there was a big backlash from the manga readers in Japan, so they decided to go back to darker skin. They actually reprinted it, but since it's illegal here we don't get that ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
2. Claudia is currently 14-15, while prince Levi is 17 at most, THEY'RE BOTH CHILDREN or at least prince Levi is not a legal adult yet. I don't understand why ppl say their relationship is gross??? They're like 2 years apart, both around the same age-mindset, and practically grew up together as friends. They know each other, their families as well.
3. I'm 22 and I haven't kissed anyone but let me say it's NORMAL for ppl that age to have kissed already in the modern world, don't act like they're 'too young'. And because of the setting, we KNOW nothing will happen until they're married, which will probably be until Claudia becomes an adult as well. Ungrounded hate.

AGREED. If you see a 15 and a 17 kiss and your first thought is “oh they’re gonna fuck” THEN YOU NEED HELP. ITS A KISS. I doubt there’s even tongue. Also my very best friend had her first kiss at 14 so it’s normal to have your first kiss around this age. I know some of y’all are virgins (like me) but their relationship is completely consensual while they’re similar ages/mindsets. So it is NOT gross and they are totally fine.

I was honestly shocked when I read comments saying 'how gross, they're too young to fuck' which??? Who honestly thinks that because a couple kisses they have to fuck right away??? We're too accustomed to BL and it's worrying. I'm also displeased since they complain here but never do when it's a BL setting...
Consensual relationship, I'm sure it's dating with the intention of marriage, and considering their statuses it's OBVIOUS nothing will happen until they're officially married... not even when engaged. C'MON PPL!
This is the pure, innocent love that we barely have!!! Don't ruin it please(/TДT)/

IKR where they are rn it’s completely and totally taboo to even CONSIDER sex before marriage even if your ENGAGED in fact if you did you’d be shipped off to some nuns to be abandoned. SO NO they’re not gonna have sex but he has been her pillar of support from the very beginning. He has been the only person who’s shoulder she could cry on so if she wanna give him a lil Kiss kiss she should be able to. DAMN people ruin EVERYTHING. I just wanna read a wholesome manga and then some horny Motherfuckers wanna ruin it...

Any BL with yandere characters like the seme from the first chapter? I'd like to read yandere plots but that rely more on the comedy and feel light rather than the usual heavy psychological plots??? Any??? ╥﹏╥

I've read a lot and its hard to copy all links LOL but try these:

So, I read some spoilers elsewhere and I wanted to confirm some of them. If anyone's a WN or LN reader, would you mind telling me if they're true?

Apparently, the vision Shea's mother saw was predicting that Shea would come to love 2 people (Hajime and Yue) and they would also love her back. Meaning, more than being a "harem" at least between the three of them there's love. Is it really a polygamous relationship? Does Yue and Hajime come to LOVE Shea as they love each other??? Because there's been hints here and there that Yue DOES love Shea, specially in the anime. Just wondering because that would be so cool (▰˘◡˘▰)
Imagine making your readers cry their eyes out for 6 chapters straight, wow the author is a complete sadist. Ngl I like this pain, I'm happy we get to see what happened after Shuli's death from every character who was involved with her at some point, it makes it all the more compelling and well-written in my eyes.
