I thought a vampires whole body was dead that's why their bodies are cold. So wouldn't that mean he shouldn't be able to produce sperm at all

It depends on the lore. Some people tweak the vampire lore a bit and have it where vampires are just a different type of "human" - alive and able to reproduce with normal humans, but have different attributes. So we really just have to see where the author wants to go with this

I would recommend her other webtoons too, the story and art is pretty too.
It's my first time to be so invested in a manwha. In my mind that Eugene is the main character of this manwha. He's the most miserable character here. He's been through so much already, and I'm sure this is not the end of his suffering. Knowing Eugene's personality (he's very sweet yet kinda stupid at times), he will give priority to others first especially his siblings, to the point of sacrificing himself. I just want to see him to truly be happy, and I think we're still far from that. If only he could have the happiness he needs. ╥﹏╥
