this manga is updated once every 3 months so shouldn't there be more pages?manga that have so few updates a year usually have at least 50 pages considering the amount of time the mangaka has to draw a ch
It's updated every two months. She also has Crimson Spell, which is also updates every two months, so the chapters are actually drawn monthly.
She was always a slow mangaka, she has her own pace but really works hard everyday. She also wants about everything to be done by herself, so she has only two assistants and a friend that helps her when she needs it.
I'd add that she's seemingly a perfectionist, maybe too much for her own good. Though her manga probably isn't one of the most popular yaois ever for nothing.
Ah, and magazines do put a limit of page anyway. You can't make a 50 pages chapters in Be Boy Gold lol, the magazine would be too huge and they just want diversity (many artists). Unless it's a special chapter or something, like the end of the Hong Kong Arc which had 40 pages. I have some issues at home, and about all mangas published in there have about 23 pages per issue. Those mangakas just do other things like novel illustrations and such, or in Ayano's case Crimson Spell, they're not sitting at home doing nothing.
i see, perfectionists have it hard huh....it's killing me that there is just 11 pages per ch but that is better then nothing,guesses we can only wait and hope for the next ch to have more pages

hey, about the differences on the first page, i only found the necklace,did someone find all 5?
I did notice a difference in Lisanna's shorts(?) one had belt loops, the other didn't.
Also, I think the fourth bottle from the left on the top shelf has an extra line on the label, and there's a line missing on Elfmans' shirt (the white collar part near Miras' head) I think the last one is the note hanging on the top shelf, has writing to the end of the line while the other one stops halfway.

Yana said at the beginning of this arc that it would be short, and the chapters won't be long. She even apologizes for it, she apologized last chapter for 95 being so short and even gave a warning on how many pages their were. She's trying to stretch it out though.
