It talked about this young boy (or elf?) That loves to read books but he was forbidden to enter the bookstore in his village because discrimination. Then some professional book restoration girls come and fix the situation and he decides to join them in their journey

I honestly love this story, It's kind of different from the usual ones.
(Totally not saying this because the relationship she had with her deceased brother and her reminiscing it is eating my soul away)
