As much as I know how unhealthy his way of thinking is... can't say I don't relate. It's how it is when you are very inexperienced in romantic relationships, you get uneasy when you see other people pining for your lover. Because you lack confidence in yourself. It's more of a "me/self" problem than a partner's issue.
You want constant assurance to the point that it is annoying -- and you yourself know it, which makes it feel all the more miserable.
They need to communicate a bit more, and solidify that trust. It's a question of "do they have enough patience". Because if they don't, this relationship won't work out no matter how much they actually love each other.

I agree with you I think he is testing her but I think he's going to underestimate her and she's going to do something that impressed him but with him not knowing that he was the one who trained her in an alternate reality I can actually see them becoming business partners
I think after she's done establishing a partnership with the Merchant company I think she's going to visit the kingdom that she was protect them when she was a knight and established a diplomatic treaty with that Kingdom as well
From my understanding it seems like the future is always set in stone with minor differences with Rishe and with her keeping all of the skills that she learned from the alternate realities I think things are going to play itself out a little different with her making allies with each and every one of the people from the other realities as well
I am really looking forward to how her past (alternate) realities will affect the current one. Something like, all the people she met before will become keys on solving the mystery and assuring her survival since she is now the fiance of the very person who ultimately caused her deaths.
Yeah I know the fiance Prince what's the cause of one of her death but I remember her saying that epidemic broke out in one timeline from that as well but you might be onto something with the key people play a role in her survival hopefully we get to see it all play out
