This is my perspective for the situation of mafuyu.I think mafuyu unconsciously running away with his past and kept yearning for his ex lover like he cant face what is problem and kept denying that he stil lonely?And in the last chapter ue become quite insensitive.if their relationship continue like this they just hurting each other for every day that they are together.for me its best for them to seperate for now and back when mafuyu fully let go of the past.You know its hard holding a person that has something they kept holding
And i think the guitar symbolize the past/yuki haha if mafuyu still carry the guitar its feels like he's still holding yuki
And i know that its not easy to let go for the person you loved
