To be honest, idk how to react or what to feel right now. This is very heavy. I cried, it hurt. And I can't deny the fact that this is indeed stockholm syndrome. Yes they loved each other before, but really, what Sungho did was unforgivable. It was kidnapping and rape, and you can't justify that EVER. The art is good, but the story is fucked up. That's the reality. Honestly, I'm not sure about Sungho's redemption. That's how I see it. But well, ot is what it is. The build up of the story is good though, just a little confusing is all.
I feel the exact same way. You know it's really conflicting because I wanted them to be together while also realizing how toxic this relationship is and it always makes me feel so yucky. I find that any trauma tags, and sometimes even yaoi without the trauma tags, have this effect and it's really sad. I miss the fluffy relationships
Yup, you got it. It's just that there's a tiny part in you that wants them to have maybe not a happy ending, but just an average because of all the shits they went thru. I mean in my perspective, it wasn't just Sungho who was the problem, the root cause was also with Donghyun during hs. I'm not victim blaming or anything, but just that they have issues. And now even if u want them to have an ok ending, u will still go back to the fact that what they have isn't really love, it's just obsession and possessiveness. And i guess at the ending, what the author showed will torture u and leave u thinking that what happened to them will eventually haunt them even in the future.

I think at this point it’s quite clear that it’s mutual for both couples though but since it’s slowburn, we have to be patient when it comes to them moving forward with more steps to get to that official confirmed status~ they definitely have gotten closer since then and both couples are sorta in a stage where they “act very datelike but aren’t really OFFICIALLY dating yet”, the author has confirmed they are all endgame so it’ll definitely happen but the couples probably won’t get together officially until they are adults in the future — after the timeskip when jian yi disappears).
