Yeah no this sucks already, only read to chapter 13 bc this is genuinely ass. It had potential but ruined it.

I'm just gonna talk about her journey of collecting her men and i dont remember names so I will be calling them by their jewel colors.
Honestly I didn't have a problem with her goal of becoming an empress for having a harem of men, I thought it was something more new and calmer than most aristocratic webtoons of goal of revenge or power but then it would've been better and have such a deeper layer of character for the fl is bc..as yk she has stated, she didn't want the stupid men to have power bc they would run the empire stupidly. FL is such a mary sue...she got everything she wanted on a flick of her finger when she was established to be the most skilled and powerful out of her siblings. When she asked to bestow the award to the purple jewel to her father and as her brother said, that would be challenging the emperor's authority. Would the emperor not think if he were to give that authority to the FL, he would get backlash from the aristocrats who are alrdy misogynistic and believe the princess would be able to be an empress but no...she asked once...and she got that authority instantly. This could've been a chance to see her capabilities as a skillful princess by maybe asking before the ceremony begun but then getting rejected by the emperor so maybe she would do some sort of accomplishment that would change the mind of the emperor and so maybe reward of said authority to give the badge to the purple jewel. This would then like show her skills and capability to the reader and give more reason for her to be an empress AND maybe even for the purple jewel to have more of a reason for his infatuation for her instead of just her bewitching good looks. They way she would so easily affect the jewels from just a minute of conversation with her feels so shallow and quick and cringey even. Purple jewel instantly became hers even with her promise of protection and power but he's already a war hero and a duke so??? and even if he DID needs those, its sounds like an empty promise but he's just bewitched by her beautiful face. Also he's hot but boring, he's some sort of wolf shapeshifter who acts shy from skinship and nothing else. How boring. He legit almost has no reason to be infatuated with the FL other than her good looks. Boring. Onto chapter 3... starting with her battling her swordsmanship teacher and defeating him. I mean okay she is established to be skillful so ig its fine. She had a request of the purple jewel to ig relay her some information about the 2nd prince (the red jewel) of another kingdom. I like it when she uses her jewels when they DO possess a lot of power. So red jewel is said to be 1. number 1 monster hunter 2. has power over his kingdom's military 3. completely top secret and has never revealed himself in public. She said she alrdy told her father of visiting red jewel's kingdom (wish we could've seen that). She's in the kingdom and the 1st prince is alrdy obviously has taken a liking to her bc of her beauty. This will be a common theme and its boring. Moving on, red jewel hears about the princess, gets interested and went to check her out and he falls inlove with her bc of her looks at first sight.

okay. He surprises her and thinks of his actions as rude and even called him rude and she spoke THREE SENTENCES to him in this interaction and you wanna know what happens. He is bewitched by her as well through those THREE SENTENCES. and I FUCKING KID YOU NOT AND I QUOTE "That I, Efrit, Have finally found a woman I want to reveal my face to!" .........ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? HE HAD AN ESTABLISHED REPUTATION OF NEVER SHOWING HIS FACE IN PUBLIC BUT THEN CHANGES HIS MIND FOR THIS WOMAN IN AN INTERACTION OF HER SAYING THREE WHOLE SENTENCES WHICH INCLUDES CALLING HIM RUDE. Also the wording is just so bad like tf you mean "I, Efrit" THIS IS SUCH A STUPID WAY TO TELL THE READER YOUR NAME and so he offers himself to her for the most shallow reason...ugh..now..onto the white jewel. Purple jewel said it would not be easy to take him for her collection bc he's a trusted general but FL says she has something up her sleeve. Of course she does..she always just has something that would help and she doesn't even work for it. She goes to the kingdom of the white jewel, she wears the kingdom's traditional clothing and this pleases the king and queen and allowing her to pick a guide in the room and picking the white jewel. He is walking with her to her room and she, i kid u the fuck not, pulls out a sword out of thin air with magic (where the fuck did she learn magic???) and attacks the white jewel but he blocks it. She asked to have him and he first rejected but settled on a duel that if she can beat him, he would consider being hers. They fight and she's on par with him. He did not want to lose bc he is very loyal to his king and queen bc he was taken in and was given a name and took care of them. So far out of the 3 current met jewels, he has the most depth from having a slight backstory and character of being very loyal to the king and queen. anyways girlie wins bc of course she does, she's a mary sue. and he then just...agreed to hers despite the years of loyalty to his saviors. It would've been better if he was said to be the type to keep his word in duels but no, he said if she won, he would CONSIDER being hers but no he just fucking agrees bc of course FL moments. He asked to stay to bid farewell for longer. So now with the gold jewel. He's said to be and i quote "has rakish charm, which melts away the defenses of woman, and that silver tongue of yours, which has captivated high society" okay so he's supposed to be really good are seducing women. Gold jewel and his kingdom's King is waiting in a room for the FL and she comes in and the both fall inlove with her beauty (ofc they do...ugh) Gold jewel is intimidated and thought it would be easy to seduce her from i quote "I though she'd be an easy target like other fancy women" (so she's not like other girls wow crazy okay) "but with her I can't help but want to fall to the floor and kiss her feet" (literally all she did was greetings and introductions) ig this was possible bc of good looks. ahem boring asf mary sue fl ahem ahem. sorry something was in my throat. Gold jewel has 0 play, he's just complimenting her and he said "She's the one who will knock me to my knees" okay whatever gets ur dick hard then good sir. He puts a sleeping spell on her servant behind them and pins her to a wall and invites her out to have fun instead of the banquet. This is his play??? cmon. They get to the banquet, gold jewel proposes a game to find an item wtih his hint and the prize was a kiss from him but the princess immediately knows the item and it was his tongue and he tries to kiss her but made him kiss her feet instead. Honestly the only moment i liked in this arc. He kisses her feet and the king is jealous (ofc every man just got the hots for her) He's hers. Obtained golden jewel. with the last jewel, the blue one she sets out for his area and his father is the type to not give him up bc he's a valuable asset. Purple and Gold made a plan for the FL to be a street dancer to catch the eye of the father. She catches his eye and he went to confront her and he... just demands to bed her bc she's beautiful. and he's just a horrible person in general and disgusting. He goes on and try to slap her but she slaps him away first and revealing she's the princess. ig this moment was to show on women being treated as s3x toys and objects but its so shallow?? the father is just openly misogynistic and openly disgusting when they had a chance of like maybe him trying to persuade her to being his personal dancer and a promise of making her famous (showing manipulation of performing women) but then like in private is where he would show his disgusting self and even allow her into the manor and meeting the blue jewel and being there to have moments with him and build a relationship and for more reason of the blue jewel wanting to be hers. But no, he tries to harm and thus attempted assault of a empirical figure and with her power as the emperor's favorite child, she uses her power to strip the father's title and make his daughter the head of the household AND to take away his son as her concubine with... no regard of his opinions or ever gave him the option of either going or not... just without his consent like... he was an object... she thought this would be fair compensation for harming her (she was not infact harmed, she was attempted to be harmed but she had a fake bruise so her actions would be justified of taking away the father's title and son) this is just really bad... why a fake bruise??? they had magic in this world and even implied to have pictures seeing as she had magazines of hot men but no, a fake bruise??? yeah no. Also blue jewel refused but she THREATENED HIM with his father's action on how it would create a diplomatic issue. They had other options but they chose this one. Blue jewel first hates this situation but there are random moments of his hatred faltering bc of the FL's beauty...bruh.
