After what eris and her family did to her Helena is legit a saint to even act nice to the OG her. Maybe even brain damaged

Girl is getting bullied by a spoiled brat and harrassed by a psycho prince. Shes the strongest character in the novel to go through all that and still come out as strong and kind as she is

Helena's family was brought down by Marquis Mizellian and her mom is a bit unstable because of it. Helena spent most of her childhood comforting her mother.
It's not that Helena doesn't know about her situation but rather she doesn't really have any choice. No matter how much she tried to do her duties, the empress and prince didn't let her do it. They would always call her away. At first she was a bit stubborn and wanted to finish her duties. But she soon realises that if she wouldn't go, the servants would be still inconvenienced. She doesn't even have the right to refuse. And Eris bullied her a lot during their childhood. She even once locked her up in a dark place. She even tells her very condescendingly that if she wants to raise her status so much, it's better to join a brothel. Og Eris is very prideful and very condescending towards Helena. Later a maid rescues her and when the empress and CP inquire about the culprit, both Eris and Helena keep quiet. Eris even further pretends to be worried and happy to see Helena safe. So because of all this, Helena had some resentment towards her.

But one day she sees Eris crying alone in the corner. She knew she works hard, more than others to strive for perfection. She feels sorry for her. Just when the prince comes, Eris quickly wipes away her tears and smiles like a doll. Helena wonders whether she would have been the same if she had remained a noble. She decides to forgive Eris no matter what she did to her in the future.
So the reason why the empress and CP hate Eris is because of Helena's mom. CP just plainly hates her for being the daughter of Marquis Mizellian. This Dumb bitch! As I mentioned before Helena's mom hates the Marquis and so channelises all that hatred towards Eris. She influences the empress too by badmouthing about her. One day helena got hurt during a hunt because of some inexperienced lady who couldn't manage her bow, but her mom puts all the blame on Eris. Her hatred is so much that she decides to poison Eris's tea. Helena decides to take care of the matter.

i dont understand why manga need 1 month of work when manhwa only need 1 week , i think drawing manhwa is harder because its need to be coloured and manga only black and white.

sry for my bad english

Well I’m not an expert in what manga and Manhwa is but I’m going to guess. Most manga’s just come from pure imagination, or like a storyline they planned for a while, and could still be ongoing. Unlike manhwa’s, most of them are novels that the Manhwa was adapted from, so there’s already like storyline prepared for the author to be able to draw it. And so it’s faster for the author to get it done since she or he doesn’t have to wait for a storyline so it’s faster.

and manhwa's usually aren't done by the same one person or artist they have a whole team behind them in a big company, at least for the popular ones like solo leveling

And authors of the Manhwa could’ve been working on a storyline for years too, beforehand. And mangas are mostly from Japan as to Manhwa are mostly from
Korea or China(not sure) also there’s different processes in which art can be done and it’s not easy to draw mangas and Manhwa. Mangas also have to get approved by some kind of “company” so the process is kind of long. Also Manhwa’s, the author that draws it, I think they are like an independent group, or people, that just post stuff. And I say again I’m not sure or neither am I an expert, just pure guessing of reading a LOT for more than 5 years.

after reading some manga i just realized that manga's drawing is more detailed and there s a lot of text

    Miya October 27, 2020 6:22 am

I suggest you watch "manben" episodes of various manga authors on how they solely do everything. Besides only the rough sketch is drawn by the author for manhwa including character design and the rest (colouring, quality check, details) are done by others. Besides its easy to add and erase details since webtoons are done on gadgets! Shading techniques for manga is tough!

    lcgc October 27, 2020 8:54 am

You might not believe this but even though manga is made with black and white colors, the difficulty of creating a single chapter is way more complex than webtoons.

The author need to make a storyboard, sketch, lineart, coloring (b&w), screentones, typesetting, proofreading, etc.

And manga has a ton of frames compared to webtoons.

Both webtoon and manga is difficult to create in their own way hahaha. I guess. It is not a matter of time, manga and webtoon is way better to read with high quality graphics and the likes ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I can only make this claim because I helped my friend with her webtoon and i love to make manga just for my and my friends eyes only as a hobby.

    sweetbun October 27, 2020 4:49 pm

i know there are a lot of good answers, but another one is just the publication schedules.

manga usually goes through a lot of steps before it gets officially released. most manga go through printing processes for a hard copy release, only a few manga gets released as digital exclusives (usually doujinshi or extras).

meanwhile most webtoons are uploaded independently online under the conditions of the website or platform. so its faster.

    sweetbun October 27, 2020 5:05 pm

-- just to add, the publication difference also explains why manga chapters are less, and their stories are faster-paced.

mangakas are usually given a set amount of chapters to create an interesting story, if they fail to gain popularity, the manga has to end due to lack of sales (hence rushed endings).

whereas most webtoons take up to 20+ chapters to resolve one conflict or to finish an arc. since it is an online self-publication, the authors are not pressured to meet a quota.

of course, things are different if the webtoon (especially if its a novel adaptation) is being handled by a company.

Sorry for the looooonggg comment but I hope it helped! (=・ω・=)
