At some point she says “I can live without him, but he makes me shine. So watch me.” Idk I’m obsessed and pretty convinced I would die for this manga.

LOL you’re super blunt huh? Not a bad thing tho ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Yep, Hanako-kun does have a 12-episode anime, but it doesn’t cover the REALLY GOOD parts of the manga. I think further on as the manga progresses you really start to see more of what Hanako feels for the female lead. But it is very centered around the supernatural, so if it really bothers you I might recommend you not bother...even if it hurts my heart ╥﹏╥ BUT, the first few chapters of Hanako-kun really don’t prepare you for what comes. If you start with the anime, find you like it and wanna read the manga, I’d recommend you start from the beginning, as the 12 episodes skipped SO MUCH GOOD MANGA CONTENT.

I find the supernatural really keeps me intrigued and on my toes, while the romance and cute comedy keeps me gushing and happy.
