Just wondering if anyone can help me find this shounen ai manga: Guy A faints at the sight of fire because his family died in a house fire, but he loves fireworks. Guy B's dad makes fireworks and is seen as a firework "magician" to Guy A when they were both kids at a festival.

All right guys, here's another shot in the dark.
I'm looking for a shounen ai manga where the main character is short, has black hair, is real cute etc... there's another dude (seme I guess) but I don't remember anything about him. This manga has a real big Pandora hearts/Monochrome Factor feel to it. I remember the main character was like a god and could construct and deconstruct the balance of their world...
