SO basically they were lovers, I think the other guy was a doctor, but the thing I remembered was that at the very last chapter the uke (I think) just died, but it was like a timeskip and the other guy was old now and was visiting his dead partner. So theres this bl I saw on tiktok and it was basically how the other guy turned to a zombie but his partner didn't leave him alone but let him bite him, and they both turned into zombies, they were students and it was a manga.
