that's not how plagiarism works but ok. that other guys book should have been clocked after it's first week on the best seller list and flagged. there's no way kangon stole and re-worded jaehwans book to completely destroy his syntax in a matter of weeks and when the editor was talking he used the exact same plot device that jaehwan uses. also she's trash at her job she should have immediately recognized it as his work even if she hadn't read his manuscript yet.
