I chapter 27.. when Ugetsu said "its him" while he looked that Haruki when they were performing their 2nd song.. by that he meant that Haruki was the trigger Mafuyu needed? Right
He meant that Haruki is the guy Akihiko loves now. Until that Ugetsu didn't know who was the guy that changed Akihiko

In the japanese texts it comes off more obvious, and in the anime they added a plus scene, where Akihiko looks at Haruki while playing and that makes Ugetsu realize it was Haruki who Akihiko loves now
