Poor Kijima-sensei :( First his father who didn't believe in him, next he fell for Kido but that guy was a coward to stay with him, inability to write, depression and loneliness hit him so hard that it really breaks my heart ಥ_ಥ. The way he treats Kuzumi-kun is really sad but I totally get him. He's not a bad guy, just lost.
