I know what you mean. It makes me sad to see Michiru that way too. But don't you just gotta love Shiro-tan in this chapter. Every time I see him interact with Michiru in a a chapter it makes me so happy XD I love it he is hilarious!!
Yes indeed, Shiro-tan is so awesome and funny! I love it when she just appears out of nowhere and starts talking to Michiru and instructs him on how to be a cat XD

I am in dire need of a Japanese speaking person. We have translated the chinese version of volume 4 but the sound effects are somehow in Japanese so the Chinese translator was unable to translate those. Have you tried the image translation from google translator? It's not that accurate but since sound effects are short it might get them right.
