I sort of agree with u but firstly u should just avoid most isekai romances like the plague bc this is one of the most common tropes and secondly while its kind of weird, it isnt grooming bc FL didnt have the intention of being with him, sexual grooming is someone who has the explicit objective of having a relationship with a minor once they are legal. They are both well into adulthood now and she still hasnt registered explicit romantic interest in the ML so she isnt a groomer. Also this one does it better than most bc they spent most of their formative years apart, he had a LONG time without FL's influence.
