Genuinely it didn’t feel like a romance developed in this story to me, it more-so felt like they just became friends at the end (if anything). Miyoshi doesn’t genuinely seem interested in Goto, romantically or sexually.
And that’s not to mention the creepy stalking and coercive behavior.
