And read a few chapters but like 95% of coolmic it killed to many of my brain cells. Why did I waste $20 that could have gone to tapas or webcomics, etc?! I really can’t spend anymore on manga bc I’ve gotta buy a dog bed and an iPad for my moms and underwear for my kid. (I also might have gone a little crazy on buying skincare from yesstyle again
& I’ve started a few bc the one about the tongue piercings and the inverted nipples wasn’t bad. Easy but decent read. But most of it’s actually kind of boring. I like the daddy one. I also kind of liked this one, I read up to chapter 8, but even though they tend to be on the smuttier side it’s like they’re lacking passion. Like I’ve read manga that has no smut (unfortunately) but really amped up the tension. (Example: Yoneda Kou). It’s so rare to get a manga that has amazing tension and some smut. Even rarer is one that also has great art. (Like Ogeretsu Tanaka, Scarlet Beriko, Zaryia Ranmaru). I wasn’t expecting Zaryia level comics but I’d hoped for a halfway decent read. It’s all so forgettable.
....some same lines as the swim club one. This one is better though. Different mangaka names but the art is so similar, maybe the name was uploaded wrong? I thought maybe she’d come up with the storyline and then thought to do it better. I do that with stories I make up where I have characters and later I redo it with what I feel is better and more angsty storylines. But every time certain elements get added on to the stock storyline.
And it only got worse in ch 2. I had some hope of something interesting happening considering the uke was so quick to seduce the seme to get a blackmail pic, but in reality it’s out of character for the character and seems it only happened to drive the plot. So what could have been a quick witted uke which might have made the story a bit better, turned into a stereotypical flakey uke. I’m so not against a well worn trope, if done well, but this just felt lazy. It just lacks anything that elicits any kind of feeling. I appreciate the work of the translators of course, but this manga irritates me. I gave up 1/2 way through ch 2. No shade to those who enjoy it, but it’s so not for me.

Why I let this kind of stupid sht bother me?? I can suspend my reality for cat ears, mpreg & babies delivered anally, toxic relationships with possessive semes that are HEA, magically lubricating butts (actually 9/10 bothers the fck out of me), but whatever, I can suspend my reality for all this sht then a fcking tongue piercing in the wrong part of the tongue takes me out of the story. Why is my brain so weird?!

I'm gonna help your brain accept this. My tongue piercing is like Toya's. Piercers will ask you how far you want it, normally people choose around the middle but some would prefer near the tip maybe because Toya wants to show off, it's easier to show people. Lol. Mine's placed like that as well cause I'm gonna get more tongue piercings and i need more space at the back. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Really my piercer wouldn’t do any that close to the front of the tongue bc of the possible damage to the teeth. But she was also super against a lot of facial piercings around the teeth and gum. I had to go to another piercer for my labrete although I took it out within a year bc it was causing damage to my gums. I guess she was right.
I'm using the shortest barbell that with only 2-4mm gap allowance and a 3mm ball for the top part so I can divert it from my teeth. If this will still damage my teeth, i'm considering using acrylic barbell instead. Still hiding this from my dentist. Lol. Also hesitating about labrete, I might want to do a surface piercing around the mouth, that way the gums are safe. Haha!
Lol yeah people get them placed in different spots either for looks or function ;) I'll be getting mine done similar to his soon too. It's not wise sometimes since it can damage your teeth for sure though.
