Still pretty upset about this chapter, but I took a breather and read out the chapter entirely and it ended up being pretty sad for both Sooyoung and Minhyuk (doesn't excuse the latter's actions tho). I also misinterpreted some dialogue when I initially skimmed the chapter so I added a comment at the end addressing that assumption.

Continues from where the last chapter left off with Minhyuk hovering on top of Sooyoung after feeding him the medicine. He tells SY that he almost died this time and that he hates seeing his pretty face beat up and hurt, and SY responds that he's sorry he got hurt. MH asks him why and SY responds that he promised him that he wouldn't get hurt. That's when MH realizes SY is half asleep and thinks MH is Taeseung again.
MH's inner thoughts after this is him thinking that he would forgive SY if he didn't say anything (probably bc he doesn't want to hear him call out TS again), and also that SY appears to be asking for forgiveness by the way he's eagerly sucking on MH's thumb. He muses if this is what their 'promise' involved.
Now Minhyuk thinks that he needs to stop, not do things that he'll regret again, but can't resist the fact that SY is sucking his thumb so eagerly like a reward, even if SY thinks it's TS. MH finally tells SY that they should stop here, and that SY is sick and they can play tomorrow. BUT THEN Sooyoung flips them over and says "Because I'm sorry...don't stop..." (remember he thinks he's with TS, not MH) and MH's resolve is gone and he thinks that it's ridiculous for him to feel so angry and upset that SY thinks he's someone else, and that sex is just going to be like holding hands. He then expresses that he feels like he's not supposed to do this, but tells SY to relax anyway and puts it in.
MH tells SY that strangely he keeps feeling angry -- angry that SY keeps getting hurt, angry that SY can be so naive, and especially angry that SY only sees TS in front of him. He then notices SY is crying and asks him why he's crying -- and thinks back to the times he's had sex and would imagine SY's crying face and decided that he doesn't actually like it now that he's seeing it in person (note: I mistranslated this in an earlier comment thinking MH actually LIKED his crying face so I apologize for the inaccurate statement). MH then rambles that he didn't want to do this, that this isn't how he wanted to do this, and that he's just so angry at SY. He tells SY to stop crying and that he shouldn't be crying when MH didn't do anything wrong. MH then repeatedly tells SY that it's going to be okay, that SY is good at forgetting things anyway and won't remember this and finally tells SY to go to sleep and not to worry about anything else.
Cut back to TS questioning the senator — he's saying things like "you crazy thugs do you think you can get away with this? do you know who I am?" and we end with a blank expression from TS that pretty much seals the senator's fate to die next chapter.

So in an earlier comment I had skimmed the chapters without analyzing the dialogue as much and mistakenly jumped to the conclusion that Minhyuk was a sadist and enjoyed the rape the entire time, but in fact he did not. Still doesn't excuse what he did AT ALL, but it's very sad that he was finally presented the chance to have sex with SY, but it was under the same circumstances as his first attempt and he could only feel angry and ashamed and had to deflect his guilt of raping SY by blaming SY for making him do this. I don't know if he can redeem himself after this, though, especially when he thinks he'll get away with it again because SY won't remember anything. And of course you have TS on the other end with a million thoughts in his head about SY and probably on the brink of a homicidal rage trying to figure out where he is. Really curious about the next chapter (hopefully in 10 days).

I'm just so disappointed and so sad with this chapter, thinking that again MH used SY when he thought about someone else...this is tough, and and that doesn't justify him...
I'm already seeing people trying to downplay this by saying Taeseung is just as bad/has done similar things but in those situations Sooyoung clearly knows who he's with and the sexual dynamic that comes with it (not saying it's a healthy one tho), but with MH (someone he TRUSTS and cares for like a younger brother) they had no pre-established sexual relationship where SY was 100% conscious and yet MH dived into temptation and (guiltily) raped SY at his most vulnerable anyway knowing that SY probably won't remember anything again.
And yes ultimately both TS and MH are terrible people in their own ways, but the way MH takes advantage of SY's feelings for TS, doesn't stop when he's had several opportunities to stop, and practically victim-blames SY at the end is not something you can just downplay.

Sooyoung was barely awake and thought Minhyuk was once again Taeseung. He didn't consent at all (mostly just mumbled that 'he made a mistake') and then MH started getting angry and full on raped him, blaming Sooyoung that he made him do this. I think the part that hurt the most was when Sooyoung started crying from the sudden penetration and Minhyuk told him that he enjoyed watching him cry. Truly an upsetting chapter.
the 'mistake' I believe refers to Sooyoung getting himself hurt again, not that he's having sex with Minhyuk because he's not lucid

I also want to address that I mistakenly said that he was 'enjoying the heck out of it' when he in fact did not. He was basically just very angry and frustrated and blamed not only himself but also SY for making him do this (which is still very shitty and bad imo).

To anyone who keeps saying Sooyoung has becoming a mindless, boring fuck toy -- are we reading the same story? Or maybe y'all are just skimming through it for the sex scenes. Because in my eyes Sooyoung still has total free will to do whatever he wants, and he's actively using it. From the beginning he's flexed his rebellious and strong-willed personality by 1) telling Taeseung he'd rather work than sell his body (this is before feelings were involved) 2) becoming a bodyguard when Taeseung told him he didn't have to work at all 3) choosing to fight back against Kang Il when he was already knocked down (and getting stabbed in the process) 4) snooping around TS's office and choosing to pursue the missing person on his own (SPOILERS) 5) choosing to meet up with Donghyun and go to the construction site knowing it could be dangerous. And during sex he has that mindless, ahegao look because he's having SEX -- outside of sex he's his normal self and isn't some kind of himbo sex-addict with a ball and chain locked up in TS's apartment.
And for people who are positioning the rough TS/SY sex as rape -- knowing how physically strong SY is and how he fought back against Taeseung (in the beginning), Jisung, bodyguards, and Kang Il (dude was a BOXER remember?) has it ever occured to y'all that if he really did hate the sex and want it to stop he would've physically retaliated like he did with Jisung in the beginning of the story? There's clearly a difference between SY's spoken dialogue and his actual thoughts when they have sex and the latter implies that SY is a closet masochist who's too stubborn to admit that he enjoys the rough sex. You can see he's never once tried to push TS away when they're fucking. And yeah their aftercare is lacking and a safeword would be great to have but they're not that kind of couple who will clearly lay ground rules like that -- their communication needs a LOT of work for sure...I mean look how stubborn SY was just trying to admit to TS that he was jealous of Yawon. Now I'm not saying TS is a saint nor am I trying to defend him -- he's a manipulative bastard and unhealthily possessive, but I'm tired of seeing people misconstrue Sooyoung's personality and think that he's some delicate flower child that isn't equipped to be with someone like TS. Sure he can ditch TS and be single, but this is BL and TS is still positioned to be his endgame (unless it ends in tragedy).
Lastly regarding the situation with the uncle, I feel like there's more backstory we haven't seen yet that will reveal WHY Taeseung has been lying about not knowing him, considering TS and SY supposedly knew each other in high school (maybe TS remembers and SY forgot). If TS did kill SY's uncle then WHY? Was the uncle actually a piece of shit that did shady things behind SY's back? Did TS mistaken the uncle as SY's father when he went to collect his debt? Or was it ultimately an accident and the uncle was caught in the crossfire of something? There's just a lot of judgment calls happening when we don't understand the full picture yet...

A rather short one because a lot of this is visually self-explanatory.
Opens with Minhyuk confronting the senator dude and killing all of the henchmen. When he confronts the senator Minhyuk tells him to do as he says.
Then Taeseung arrives with Sangchul one of the henchmen report that there appears to have been an accident at the construction site while the senator was trying to cover up his scandal. TS sees the barrel with hair sticking out and clothes and orders the henchman to immediately dig it up.
Cut to Minhyuk getting out of the shower. He notices Sooyoung is waking up and tells him that he has a fever and needs to take medicine. Sooyoung asks who is it and where is he (he apparently can't see because injuries) and Minhyuk says it's him and that it'll be okay now. SY is mumbling that he needs to go back (to the construction site) but MH says he needs to take medicine and sleep and starts holding SY down so he won't hurt himself. SY says he doesn't like this and to let go of him but then notices MH's arm is bleeding. MH thinks [he's worried about me even though he has a bloody face...] and jokes that yes he's bleeding and it hurts so SY should stay still. He then asks if SY still wants his medicine and feeds it to him by mouth. End chapter.

Sooooooooo this is exactly what I feared was going to happen. If Minhyuk takes advantage of Sooyoung AGAIN while he's barely conscious there is absolutely no hope for his redemption. I'm not a fan of love triangles so I hope this remains one-sided if MH does something more than force-feed medicine. Although I'm gonna pray that SY falls back asleep in the next chapter and MH leaves him the fuck alone. As for what Taeseung is gonna do, I think SC might call MH and ask for his whereabouts and infer that he has SY from there and TS will go pick him up. And if MH does nothing to SY but nurse him back to health then I can see him getting on TS's good side and being able to position himself as someone more reliable/trustworthy (which would make him a more dangerous mole). Anyways I personally enjoyed this chapter because I'm soft for gentle hand caressing and Taeseung being more submissive by letting Sooyoung pat his head and addressing him at a lower angle. You know this man is whipped for SY and will absolutely go to lengths to keep him by his side (even though it's through not-so-wholesome means). After Taeseung leaves the house Sooyoung gets a call from Donghyun asking where he's been and when he hears SY's hoarse voice and SY stumbling out of bed he asks if he should call later (about visiting the construction site). Meanwhile SY sees a note from TS (reads 'I'm returning back to you') with the coin that SY gave him and tells DH that it's fine and that he's leaving now. His inner monologue says that he's putting his trust in TS and that he'll be back soon without getting hurt.
Cut to TS meeting up with Sangchul. SC reports that Kang Il has been moved (probs dead) and that he wants to live a quiet life from now on. He hopes TS doesn't regret this considering him and Kang-Il used to be friends. TS responds that there had to be consequences for his actions and doesn't understand why SC is feeling uneasy about it. SC then says that whenever SY is involved it seems like TS always ends things in a bloodbath without even realizing it. He then asks if SY is truly just TS's 'dog' and if TS is more concerned about SY than he is about himself. The next couple of panels I couldn't fully translate — something about the status of an organization ran by a Park Sanbaek and then TS telling SC to get rid of the body (Kang Il's?). TS also mentions that Yawon's visit wasn't just because she missed TS or SC, there's definitely more to it and that things are def heating up, and then some dialogue about knowing who the mole is (I THINK) and that TS wants SC to deal with it. Before SC can respond TS gets a call and we cut back to SY and DH.
SY and DH are at the construction site to look for Jihoon (the missing host that was choked to death by the senator dude) and DH notices that SY looks a bit beat up after seeing TS last night and thinks that he should definitely tell SY what he knows about TS soon. As they get further into the site they notice a trap door underneath a container and DH says there's gotta be something hiding underneath, possibly drugs. SY starts feeling uneasy and thinks about TS telling him he wasn't hiding anything, and gets frustrated when he remembers TS's surprised expression and that TS still won't tell him anything. Once SY and DH open the trap door they see the suitcase and DH immediately notices a horrible smell coming from it and some hair sticking out.
Before they can do anymore investigating the senator dude appears and they end up having to hide behind the containers. The next few panels is just the senator asking about the status of the body and also ranting about the Mayor's dealings with his own group of gangsters (Taeseung) and expressing a lot of animosity toward him and wanting to fuck him over. Then as things get quiet Donghyun wonders if the crowd is gone only to get caught in the end by one of the bodyguards.

Yo Sooyoung is literally a danger magnet I CANNOT. Literally everytime he says "I'll be safe" he ends up getting caught up in shit like this my poor bby. My prediction on how he'll get out of this is he'll be taken hostage but saved by Minhyuk who has footage of himself fucking the senator that he could use as blackmail if the senator doesn't let SY go OR Taeseung is already on his way to the construction site and will save SY before any bad shit goes down. Side note: I'm really enjoying the SY/DH camaraderie and hope it becomes an actual friendship and that DH gets more screentime (preferably with Minhyuk)

This one is another emotionally charged chapter, mostly coming from Taeseung and his unbridled anger over finding Sooyoung. Some plot things I'm not happy about but we'll see how the author sets it up.
Chapter continues from Taeseung questioning Senator Jeong. We get a quick flashback to Minhyuk specifically telling the senator to tell anyone who asks that Sooyoung is dead and that he's buried in one of the barrels. He blackmails the senator to do this or else he'll release their sex tape to the press. The senator tells TS that SY is dead and that he killed him, but then TS starts questioning him about how SY died -- how was he killed, what his last words are, etc. He obviously doesn't believe SY could be killed by someone like the senator and proceeds to call the senator's daughter on his phone. The daughter is distraught hearing her father being tortured only to start having people come for her as well -- TS threatens the senator using his daughter, saying that he'll cut off her limbs and present them to the senator himself if he doesn't start talking. Finally after more threats the senator gives in and tells TS that he'll tell him who took SY and all the details surrounding it.
Now we cut to what appears to be either a dream or a flashback (I think it's a dream) -- SY is thinking that his body feels hot, it hurts a lot, and that he needs to get up leave this place. Then we cut again to Minhyuk on a call with a President Joo -- he's reporting on Mayor Kim's movements and that he has everything under control, even if another organization were to interfere. I think this scene solidifies that he's the mole and he's reporting to someone with the surname Joo. Anyway after his call ends he notices SY limping out and asks if he's okay since he had so many bruises. He immediately thinks that he needs to lie to SY about why they're here together and decides to tell SY that they're here to hide because TS (he refers to him as the President/CEO) is in danger. SY responds "...the President?" which leaves room for interpretation whether that means he's trying to process what's happening or if it's a sign he doesn't know who MH is referring to. Then SY asks MH where he is, why he's here, and mentions that he needs to return to somewhere, to someone. The chapter ends with SY saying he doesn't remember the details of the above.

So looks like we might be getting an amnesia/memory loss trope added to the story folks. It was definitely foreshadowed by the doctor in earlier chapters but geez I was really hoping it wasn't gonna happen like this :( also I'm sad that SY will probably never remember he was raped and Minhyuk continues to act like nothing happened and even lies to keep SY apart from TS. And I have a feeling that he'll definitely take advantage of SY's memory loss :/ BUT TS also knows MH for what he is now and I absolutely can't wait for the TS/MH confrontation to happen!!
You forgot to write something very important very important that the boy also forgot the reason why he went to investigate also forgot to have found a body in a suitcase. So even for Tae this memory loss was a wrong advantage?

Also, I really had no clue Minhyuk could end up risking it all for SY. I mean, taking him to his place is one thing but lying to keep him permanently is another. Doesn't he know how TS is crazy and dangerous? Does he think TS is not that attached to SY and won't kill him for what he's done? On another hand, I am glad we now know he is the main rival to TS and they have become officially ennemies. At least there's no more confusion at this level. I wrote a summary and part of that means I won't always capture all of the chapter's details. If you want to summarize the entire chapter page for page then please be my guest. I'm not a native speaker so I don't have the luxury to do something like that so most of my summaries come from using several translating engines + my limited knowledge of Korean to understand the bigger picture (meaning these summaries might not be 100% accurate all the time).
Also I'm not really sure what you're implying — are you questioning why I think it's terrible that SY lost his memory? If so then it's terrible because it's a sign of worsened brain trauma that Sooyoung's obviously not getting any help to address. That and the potential for someone like Minhyuk who ALREADY has taken advantage of SY in a weakened state to do more to SY now that he has memory loss (like imprint false memories/feed him lies).

The problem is not MH lying to SY but him lying to everyone so he could keep SY forever and that implies risking his own life because who's that crazy to anger TS and think he would get away with it? It just seems odd to me to see MH go that far for SY knowing he is smart and knows how deal with his ennemies. Did he really think TS will never discover he is behind this kidnapping?
Let's just say I wasn't expecting that turn of the events. I was very upset with the assault part because I was convinced MH would never hurt SY but then once he got what he wanted why pushing it as far as keeping SY forever? It's a stupid move. I just don't understand the author's choice at this point so let's just wait and see how she's gonna solve this sh*t!
Minkyuk, being the spy, has studied Tae Seung for years, I honestly do not know how many years he works for him, he is risking so much because I think he really likes the guy, but since he is a dickhead, who thinks with his dick, has done yet another shit. You have no idea how I wanted to kill him after he hurt the boy. I think he put it all together, the fact that Tae wouldn’t have believed the boxer was dead, the fact that they would have looked for them, he’s too smart. I think he’ll be back with his real boss soon and take the boxer with him. If Tae finds the boxer now, he kills Minkyuk, honestly I don’t like it for two reasons: One the boxer won’t investigate him anymore, and will become totally a puppy Two mysteries about the death of the uncle and the other wrongdoings
If Tae kills Minkyuk then what we talk about for imagine 40 chapters. Then honestly I want this guy to know. Tell him the truth. Who is really Tae Seung, who is behind the death of his uncle. It’s too convenient to get him back to Tae in this condition. He doesn’t remember anything. So he doesn’t investigate anymore, he’s a puppy at home and maybe he doesn’t even remember to visit his uncle at the cemetery. He must know everything about everyone. Then decide for himself what he wants to do. Tae and Minkyuk should both die for me. The boxer forgets them and makes a new life for himself.
Before Minhyuk stupid decision to hurt SY, I was kinda hoping he would be the one telling SY about TS's lies. It would have been way better. SY would have left TS and maybe get closer with MH while sorting things out. At the end of the day, TS didn't kill SY's uncle out of cruelty. It was pretty clear from the previous chapters that it happened without him wanting it and he felt instant regret to the point of being haunted by that incident even before meeting SY. So I think SY will forgive him and they will get back together after the whole truth is revealed. We still don't know what really happened. But now it's all messed up and Minhyuk became the main villain somehow. I have no doubt he will die at the end.
The point is more than how the uncle died, the point is that he didn’t tell him. That will be the real drama. Was it an accident? Did he repent? Still going to find him? All is well. But the point is that he did not tell him. And then honestly he is a mob boss, not a civil servant. Do you imagine Tae changing his life for the boy? What becomes a saint? As long as they are together the boy will always be in danger. Always. I can’t imagine Tae Seung any different than he is. He wouldn’t be either. The fact of the boy’s memory loss has messed everything up. I honestly don’t see happy endings for them. There aren’t even premises. Tae Seung is a bloodthirsty mobster. And he never wanted to be different from who he is.
Soo Young is sick. He is mentally unstable but I don’t think he would want to spend his life with a mobster, who kills kills and has a thousand intrigues. He is a good honest guy.
