Personally after reading 108 and seeing the lackluster confrontation between MH/TS/SY I feel like having the ending come next feels a bit abrupt, but I'm hoping the author finds a way to wrap this up with a decent ending and enough closure for everyone.
Either way I've been reading this series from the very beginning when it first came out and it feels kinda surreal that it's finally coming to an end. I'm hoping maybe we'll get more domestic and happy side stories for TS/SY o/
I'm glad it's finally going to be over. Still can remember when it first came out, it was very interesting, but after like first season or even before (can't remember really, it came out few years ago and I haven't once reread it) it went downhill and never came back on track. Just senseless abuse and not wrapped up plot points. It had so much potential to be good, I liked the gangster environment, it seemed interesting, but after TS locked up SY it was done for me, story just turned around for 180 degrees and nothing made sense anymore except abuse. TS's character was well written at the beginning as well, how he's brutal considering the work he do and how he's mad at that feeling of love for SY in his heart because that feeling is so unfamiliar to him. Unfortunately it turned in classic plotless trope with rape and mental/emotional breakdowns....

Sooyoung wonders if Taeseung is angry at him because he's hurt, since he can barely read TS's tired/sad expression. TS tells SY that he turned in the dead body to the police and SY responds "that's nice of you" (lol). Then TS tells SY that he should've killed the senator had he known SY was alive but hurt — when TS thought SY was dead he mentioned never having experienced that feeling of dread before. They share a soft moment until TS (surprise!) cuffs SY's ankle and tells him he'd followed through with his promise that if SY got himself hurt again then he would (figuratively) break his legs. TS tells SY to stay put and stop doing stupid things and wait for the doctor to come see him. SY is frustrated because he keeps getting confused by TS's sweet/kind actions and times like this when he's unhinged, making him completely unpredictable. Like a 1 step forward, 2 steps back situation.
Then SY thinks about MH and how he might be in trouble now because they tried to run away. SY remembers the envelope he got from MH and reads it with a shocked expression. When Sanghyun comes to visit he sees SY's ankle cuffed and rushes to try and help him, but SY pushes him away and immediately demands to see TS.
We end with the senator arguing with the mayor about being sent to prison and mayor telling him it's just temporary until the whole scandal blows over. Chapter ends with the mayor saying if you want to get rid of thugs you use more thugs.

Maaaan I was really looking forward to the TS/MH confrontation but it seems MH was able to escape? Who knows! Also it looks like SY has most of his memories back (except for the rape apparently) but ugh poor guy, they were having a genuine hurt/comfort moment until it was completely reverse uno'd with a cuff on SY's ankle :( I guess TS did warn him this was going to happen if SY did what he did, but still, this is like peak TS-possessiveness and I would imagine it'll only get darker from here (Taeseung you crazy bastard). But at least he didn't try to have sex with him in that condition. Also now that SY has read the documents and knows something related to TS (possibly about his uncle) I'm curious to see how their dynamic will change. Love me some plot development!
Did he mistaken again? Did he thought it was taesung he slept with? Not minhyuk?
I believe it was implied that SY was not lucid due to his fever so he believed he was with TS (that's why he mentioned to MH about asking for forgiveness/wanting to be punished).

We didn't get to see how SY miraculously recovered his memory and what happened to MH. I am waiting for the coming developments which are going to be explosive now that SY will probably lose his trust is TS...
I'm not here to fan any flames of hate but I find it ironic that Korean twt is whole-heartedly celebrating Minhyuk's birthday (7/7) when he could very well be off'd or put into a very baaaad situation next raw chapter. (⊙…⊙ ) Haha anyway I just wanted to mention that the comments regarding Minhyuk here vs Korean twt are like polar opposites lol (they absolutely adore him over there even AFTER ch 52).
Also to end this on a positive note I would LOVE a side story of Yawon and her girl Yeonsoo. I didn't know I had a thing for the female mafia boss/shy girl trope until I witnessed these two in ch 54.
I think that's because they're able to enjoy the characters and read this fiction without taking it very seriously, as any adult should.

tl;dr - Yawon makes the decision to cut ties with TS's gang, MH gives SY the documents he's looking for even though SY still doesn't remember anything, and MH convinces SY to run away with him, only for that plan to be foiled as SY finally reunites with TS at the train station.

We start off in Yawon's compound — her members talking about how the balance of the gang factions is tipping over now that Zhou Yu Long is back in Korea and that Yawon needs to reconsider her ties with Taeseung's gang. Yawon's brother comes in and suggests that they need to cut off relations w/ TS and essentially leave his gang in the dust. Yawon isn't keen on this idea but eventually agrees. (Side note: Yawon and her girl remind me of TS/SY lol)
Cutting back to Sooyoung and Minhyuk — SY is tending to MH's wound and thinks about how he can't remember any events since being in the hospital, and even then he can't recall the person who was with him. When MH grabs his arm SY feels that his sensation is familiar, and pushes MH away telling him that he's trying to remember something. MH then reaches over SY to grab an envelope and tells SY that it's what he's been looking for — it's full of court documents that point to corruption, and explains that once SY is able to remember everything he'll understand what's inside. Then he asks SY if he remembers where he was, or if he just has no memory of a specific person. SY replies that maybe his memory will be back soon, and MH tells him to keep the documents for when his memory is back. Then he changes topics and tells SY about their current situation. MH tells SY about Zhou Yu Long's faction (Kowloon/Hong Kong) and how their goal is to get rid of the Snakes (TS's group) and MH had to take down the senator and Mayor Kim to protect the organization (I think he's still hiding the fact that he's a mole to SY). SY vaguely remembers the senator and MH reaffirms that yes, he's the guy who tried to kill you. Then he tells SY that it's still dangerous for him because now that senator Jeong is gone the balance will be broken and it'll tip towards ZYL and his group, possibly causing a mass exodus from TS's faction. MH finally tells SY that TS's group can't protect SY, and SY can't even protect himself, so he asks SY to run away with him because he can protect him. SY is hesitant but agrees, and MH jokes that this is like a lovers escape, especially because he's running away with a handsome man (SY replies there's nothing handsome about his busted face).
Now we cut to the train station. MH tells SY that he knows they're probably being tracked so he needs to buy two tickets — one under his credit card as a diversion, and another in cash that they'll be using to escape. He tells SY to stay put and he'll be back. SY being SY obviously does not listen and thinks that he should get MH something to drink from the vending machine. As he walks over he notices the 500won coin and once he picks it up he sees Taeseung in front of him. When TS calls his name SY begins to recall the sound of his voice, his face -- and he feels memories from a certain time flooding back. Chapter ends with SY unable to discern TS's expression upon seeing him again. (honestly the last part was kind of vague so I could be wrong on this -- someone correct me if so)

First of all, YAWON!! I love boss babes and she does not mess. Next I gotta say, I kinda had a feeling the author was going to use the 500w coin to bring them back together, but I'm not mad. Although SY still isn't guaranteed to have all his memories back (he could be remembering TS from their high school days and not when they're lovers) so that's more drama to be explored. Also Minhyuk is definitely gonna get a rude awakening next chap when he comes back and gets caught by TS. I can see him being kept alive (but probs tortured) to get as much info as possible out of him about ZYL/what he did to SY. Until next chap!
I have so much mix feelings about this like one part of me really just want more about this gangster stuff I want to understand more to it how did it all started what did minhyuk did to become the mole why did he become the mole other part just want to drop it the story I don't even care for sooyoung and taesung love anymore it clear as day that they are going to be together this author wanted a love gangster Love story but she fail at that by filling up half of it with so much unnecessary shit. I believe it's implied that SY/TS might've crossed paths with each other via a fight in high school (SY as a 1st year and TS as a 3rd year). Due to Sooyoung's head condition he might've forgotten completely about TS but TS managed to remember him from the dream that he had in an earlier chapter. The author has confirmed on her Twitter that Sooyoung was Taeseung's first love so I'm guessing that Taeseung was smitten when he got beaten up by Sooyoung. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

After doing a quick second read-through I want to revise a point I made in the summary I wrote (you can see it in my profile) —
It turns out this 'President Joo' is actually President Zhou. As in Zhou Yu Long (I think that's his first name?) who is Taeseung's biggest rival and has just recently came back to Korea. I totally forgot that the pronunciation of 'Zhou' in Korean is 'Joo' so that's why I thought this was a completely different character that was being talked about.
So YES, Minhyuk is confirmed to be the mole. He was talking to Zhou Yu Long at the end of the chapter confirming that he has Mayor Kim (who's allied to TS) under control.
Isn't Jisung also in Zhou's gang?

They're both terrible people but I love the bickering/tension between Jingi/Myeongil and the potential slow burn of their relationship as Jingi begins to realize he might have feelings for Myeongil (which was noticeable when he was drunk in ch.16) and how that revelation affects his relationship with his brother
