Well I guess, pedophilia is often associated with e.g. brainwashing and rape. Which is understandable since following common knowledge and mainly real life cases, it is very likely that a child is often just being lured into this kind of "immoral" acts and being used as sex toys. And maybe its "disgusting" to see a child having sex ╮(￣▽￣)╭?
