He's blackmailing. He was about to falsely report Jiwoon for taking drugs. That would end his life. So suha who knows that the reason the red head is going this far is to get his hands on him, ultimately decided to do just that for Jiwoon's sake. I honestly can't think of another way suha could've salvaged that situation. They both only have each other and granny only likes this red haired son of bt'h. If suha hadnt done that Jiwoon would've been arrested.
