i think its confirmed somewhere on the authors twitter? but also in the beginning of the story it states that usually if the worker is an omega than they’d be paired with a beta so there wouldnt be any complications. the only reason shuu was paired with ayame is because ayame requested it and he is the son of the business owner. so thats also another way to tell that kikyo is a beta because he is shuu’s new work partner
