I agree with you, i suffer bullying in middle school and is not something you can forgey that easily. It doesn't matter if the time passes, cause the scars still gonna be there foreve... Is sad to say but is true... In his situation i think the best is to move one and distance themselves from the person, cause you can forgive but you never gonna forget what they did...
