This hasn’t happened to me, my nipples are actually aren’t sensitive so that’s possible why I don’t feel anything. Yet I choose to wear a bra 24/7 cause I feel insecure without wearing one ;3; But perhaps trying some lotion or ointment can help ease the pain?
