After this fight, they want talk, spend their days alone while thinking of eachother and Hugh will keep on denying his feelings for Lucia. But there will be the of barbarians in the border so Hugh has to go keep the border peaceful and order his assistance to bring Damian from academy. Before going they will make up and finally Hugh accepted his feelings for Lucia. After his departure, Damian will visit the mansion while he was fully prepared to he detested by the duchess. But little did he know, he and Lucia became closer to each other and he started liking her. Hugh will come back from exterminating the barbarians and when he saw Lucia and Damian getting closet, he will get jealous of his son. Lucia will make some ways to keep her husband and child to get close to each other. Lucia will also Damian to the horse riding but he will be stared by other noble ladies why duchess bring him here. After that Lucia will host her first banquet for nobl ladies where she decided to introduced Damian to high society telling them that he is the next duke's heir. A noble lady who is the center of the high society will cause party break due to Damian announcement of being the next heir which make Lucia furious and she instead of apologizing and sending Damian away, she will simply end the banquet and will kind of threaten the ladies. Damian will start to observe the ladies expressions and will learn many things while Lucia will go to the room and will cried that she let the small child experience such a thing at such a young age. But Damian didn't feel anything but learn many thing and was just worried that because of him his mother was humiliated so he then decided to become strong to protect his mother smile. Duke will come to know the situation and will threatened those ladies husband's to keep tge check on their household without Lucia knowing. Lucia will cry alot due to the banquet but told hugh to not take any action. Lucia will gift Damian a baby fox which will help Damian to feel new emotions. Hugh will be jealous seeing his wife and son laughing together. Between Damian is a very considerate child. Damian will left for academy and before going he will for the first time call Lucia mother. First he used to call Lucia by Lucia. He will kiss his mother charm while showing his mischievous smile and hugh will be quite shocked but said that this is the last time he forgive. Then he went away with the baby fox.

As you have already know about Taran blood cannot conceive children easily so it is not possible for the child to be born from non-taran without doing anything. Damian mother was actually Hugh and his brother sister. Although she had a weak body so she was send away by the previous Duke. So Hugh's brother and sister met and fell in love without knowing their relation so then Damian was borned but Hugh's didn't has any idea about it son.

i think it was hugos and hughs step sister, but hugh didnt know that when he fell in love with her and concieved damian.. (im so confused with these hugh or hugo names but in hugh i mean the dead brother)
