I've run into many people like that. It also bothers me a ton when they make spelling mistakes, or just have poor grammar. I understand dyslexia can cause issues or other comprehension disabilities too. But when perfectly fine people ask a question, I answer, they don't understand, I explain differently, they still don't understand, and the cycle ......
