Considering how she regressed back in time with her adult brain, she sees the ML as someone she raised since his childhood. That’s the reason why she intentionally does not try to see the ML and his actions/words in a romantic manner. She can’t just suddenly change her mind and think of him as a lover. Tbh, if she did, I just know someone people would call her a groomer or predator even tho in this timeline she’s physically near the same age. Plus, based on the current chapter, she HAS noticed but brushes it off because she wants to be professional as he’s her patient. She also has MORE important things to worry about (like her father and the rebellion) rather than romance.
