I liked how Uncle addressed the situation with the lady doctor except for the attire part, a girl should be able to wear what she wants and hers wasn't even that bad. Man this manhwa continues to impress me, they addressed how a normal doctor would have reacted to MC's normal info but also address the fact that she definitely has been unnecessarily antagonistic towards MC throughout the period she has known MC. Loved the nuance of it all.

Honestly I see no reason for her mother lying, she could have just honestly said that her past abusive husband didn't let her have her son or something. The lying is just to make herself feel better that she left her son in an abusive environment even she as an adult couldn't bear. Her new husband might be harsh but he is right, if she was willing to go as far as to "kill of" her still alive son than she should have lived her lie forever.
