chapter 6 is definitely on the darker side of yaoi but the most twisted and dark chapter of this manga is still chapter 5. it's like each story deals with a new kink and i love it.

i thought the dead one will be kaneki since usually with chapter like this they made a reason foe touka to bear kaneki's children, ishida might pursue a bitter sweet ending which is pretty fits this manga
