The last sentence was like a shot through the heart. Author what do you mean everything was a lie? You present us a good quality gl but ended up it breaking our hearts because everything was a lie . Was everything a lie between Dr. Arden and Dr. Lee? I feel hurt, I feel heartbroken UGHHHHH. On the other hand I really hope Dr. Arden's feelings get reciproprocated. I wish they had an exchange of hearts in the later episodes after all the drama they went though.

It would be nice to hear them play while reading especially the scene where Yeonju played Liebestraum. Its such a great piece, first time listening to it feels like longing for a love that I cant reach, it made my heart ache. Its like a process of falling in love. Also want to hear Seo Jin's version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star .
