Yeri had an artificial brain (Loid's creator helped fix her when she was in an accident as a kid, and her brain was an android brain in a human body) so Loid "killed" her and took her brain chip, so he was with her only in their minds as the friend who made androids put their two chips together so they could be together.
He also copied her brain for the doc and gave him an android version of Yeri, so technically both of them got Yeri.
