It is. Obviously I don't know about the content of the chapters that aren't out yet but I don't think it'll disappoint.
So far, it's been a mix of cute, funny and bittersweet. It has somewhat of a calm, soothing vibe to it.
The age gap is indeed huge but I don't really see an issue with it. Not really questionable at all imo. As for why, well let's just say there hasn't been a lot of development in the romance department so far, although it seriously is very cute and fluffy regardless. And as it advanced more into that area, I think it'll stay as cute and fluffy >w<

The MC only recently realized that he's fallen for the ML and the ML only just somewhat moved on from the death of his wife years prior. They've been getting along well as friends. When they first met, ML saved MC from a small dog and saw him crying, so ever since then there hasn't been much of a barrier the MC would have with others. In the must current chapter(s), the ML told the MC about his wife, starts crying and the MC hugs him and on an impulse kisses him on the cheek. And is all "////// OMFG I ACTUALLY SEXUALLY HARRASSED HIM AFTER HE JUST TOLD ME ABOUT THIS VERY IMPORTANT MATTER QAQ" while ML was just appreciating it lmao xD
So it seems pretty wholesome so far. It's kinda hard to put into words but you'll see for yourself. I'd really recommend it :)
Also, most chapters are quite short so it won't take very long to read.

im so uncomfortable with people comparing this to KS. like on a surface level i see the similarities but like when u get into the actual details, the themes, the realtionship dynamic...its so dramatically different. with the way some of yall talk about KS i wonder if we even read the same story lol. but i mean...YMMV..(also and this is a rly important distinction here. sangwoo harmed and killed innocent people. sungho did some shady shit for a living but was def not a serial killer/torturer for shits n giggles...just putting that out there..)

Oh :D yeah i was just comparing the the relationship dynamic (?) and i see how you get that haha. The stories are very much different and the people in those stories are different as well! I do agree with you that Sangwoo is definitely MUCH worse than Sungho lol considering its only Sungho's job to do so and he doesn't necessarily enjoy it like Sangwoo. Also Yoonbum and (I can't remember the name ;-;) are also very different but it still stands that they did bad things. Anyways, thanks! maybe I just wasn't distinct enough so people misunderstood what I said :)

the dynamic isnt rly the same either tho? and not trying to pick on you by disagreeing just i rly do disagree haha. i mean Dohyun has an actual personality outside of being victimized by Sungho....Beom does not. Beom is just a wounded abandoned animal and he never rly changes in any meaningful way. Dohyun has more agency, more spirit and more of an internal character than Beom ever did. just feel like as much as Sungho and Sangwoo are different. Beom and Dohyun are even more different. dramatically so. just wanted to put that out there. im not trying to shame people for getting into Sangwoo/Beom but again their whole dynamic is just...so unsexy and not even a little sweet. Warehouse is interesting cause its very dark and twisted at times yet always manages to maintain its eroticism imo. but again Dohyun being such an active and charismatic character (and also incredibly sly at times) helps that relationship work. in KS the one with all the charisma is the serial killer (and he's also the one readers tend to sympathize with more and ofc he got an actual character arc of sorts in the story, he was more well rounded). conversely sungho is much more tactiturn and mysterious but ultimately thats cause he's very simple. he rly just wants dohyun with him and not much else matters. the thing with beom and sangwoo is they were miserable even when they were together cause they were fundamentally damaged and their karma esp sangwoo's was so bad that even if sangwoo WASNT a psycho he would never have been given happiness or peace. like again Sungho did some shady shit for his job probably and he def abused and confined Dohyun but there's no reason to assume that he's any kind of danger to others. and unlike Beom. Dohyun had a clear chance to be set free without anything sticking to him (aside from his actions in HS, dohyun hasnt rly done anything to feel guilty about after he's free from the warehouse and sungho). but yeah i've said this elwehre what makes Dohyun/Sungho dynamic interesting is that Sungho is much bigger and stronger physically but emotionally he's alot more sensitive and needy. Dohyun was able to exist fine (if not happily) without Sungho but Sungho legit built his ENTIRE life around getting Dohyun back. in comparison Beom had no real internal life, and was just obsessed with a Psycho who would constantly abuse and gaslight him from start to finish. there was just no parity in that relationship at any point, even if we ignore all the other issues with Sangwoo as a person he still never once saw Beom as an independant being unto himself. yes he liked beom perhaps more than anyone else before or since but like...after What. Sungho alrdy was obsessed with Dohyun its why he captured him. Sangwoo confined Beom cause Beom witnessed smth he shouldnt have and reminded Sangwoo of his fucked up mom. like...its just not even in the same universe imo. and its why i consider Warehouse to be a BL (problematic or not) and KS to just be psychological horror where two dudes fuck on several occasions. ty 4coming to my TED talk.

It seems like I really don't know how to express my opinion fully ;-; Maybe I shouldn't have compared them lol. it's just that i thought they were a little bit the same (Now I know they aren't) :P I definitely agree with you on how KS isn't a Romantic Yaoi and should just be a Psychological Horror that just has a same sex couple rather than a hetero couple. I really don't get people who shipped Yoonbum and Sangwoo. I'd get it if you made an au where Sangwoo and Yoonbum get abused and they provide each other with comfort and fall in love or something but in the original story???? anyways, thanks for speaking up and fully expressing my opinion also :D (Sorry abt me being really messy af ;-;)
