Uhm it's not the same type of story (no shounen ai, more like good male friends) but it gives off a very similar vibe to 19 days with the same type of humor/comedy: Nan Hao & Shang Feng.

Oml this is too cute TT^TT i found this story from ig (the part where the puppy is all grown up tho) and i liked the plot so i read it. But the people in ig ship the two of them, wtf. (O-o) like, dude, they ship a fricking puppy with a wolf almost thrice its age. WHAT HAS OUR WORLD BECOME, UGH CAN PEOPLE STOP SHIPPING EVERYTIME THEY SEE THINGS LIKE THIS? CAN PEOPLE NOT HAVE NORMAL RELATIONSHIPS ANYMORE!? THE STORY IS CUTE BECAUSE OF THE FATHER AND SON LIKE RELATIONSHIP AND THEY RUIN IT BY SHIPPING THEM AS LOVERS.
