I think it was said before that Igris is a rank B/A monster, im not really sure tho. Cha Hae is a A rank hunter so she should he able to fight Igris with a small hunting party statistically (I think they mentioned something about an A rank gate being handled by multiple A rankers and supporting B rankers, so Im just assuming)?

But even though she did it alone, fast and without her usual weapon. We love a strong woman!

Err... Pretty sure your memory is foggy. Cha is an S rank and I think the 2nd or 3rd most powerful S rank in Korea behind the chairman (who I think was the most powerful before JinWoo obv, but was too old to participate as a front line fighter). She is definitively not an A rank.

Just to clarify, I'm speaking of power in terms of their measured ability in terms of the measurement devices. Not directly related to their combat prowess, although definitely related.

Igris is more S rank than A rank and Cha hae in is probably the Strongest S rank in Korea exept Sung Jin woo

ahhhh shit ur right, im totally foggy on the story my bad, but im not really sure of igris being S rank as he acquired igris quite early in the story, even ig he leveled up

:) Igris is at the level of S rank cause it said in the manhua in season 1 if im not mistaken,that he is at S rank level thats why i said that hes S rank but he still cant compare to top S ranks (i think) :))

It's not really a spoiler since they don't seem to go that into detail in the webtoon, but it is noted in the light novel when they're preparing for the Jeju Raid that it's "too bad your country's strongest awakening was in an old man" or something along those lines. So Chairman is the strongest in terms of power, but he's too old/frail to use it properly. Cha is the next strongest. Don't get confused between combat ability, of which Cha is definitely stronger, and the level of their awakening. Think of it like Chairman is a level 100, but his class is Old Man, where as Cha is level 90 but her class is Sword Saint. Remember ONLY Jinwoo can level up, everyone else's power is static.

He wasn't one of the greatest mages, because he was a commoner and didn't receive training he was only tier 3 when he died. The other heroes protected him for his ability to analyze and seal his opponents magic. So that's why he wants to be in alpha class, so he can become a great mage and save more people. That's why he keeps working on getting the others leveled up before him.

True and when im thinking of a power up i mean one that he boosts his overall mana cause his mana is probably the smallest af most characters(i think)

But... He was one of the greatest mages because of his knowledge and his analysis magic even though he was just at tier 3, that's kinda why he was alive for so long...
And since we know that "tiers" have more to do with talents, he wasn't very talented to begin with so the best he can do is find a way to stack mana to simulate the power of higher tiers(something more than the jewels on their uniforms)

I meant to say I'd be ok for her to end up with the MC. Although there's not much romance, still I wouldn't mind for her to fight be his side as life comanion and lover. There are many who despise the idea of romance for the MC :(

I haven't caught up for a while, but where I am now, Romantica is the cockblocker. She gets jealous whenever Desir and Adjest are together, and Pram backs her up and make sure they aren't alone together lol. But Desir and Adjest gets pretty nice shippy moments.

Uh do you have outside sources besides the manga itself? Romantica and Desir also seem to have some pretty shippy moments as well. To be frank no one knows who his lover is but my bet’s on Romantica. Quite literally in her name + tons of scenes, but ig ur bet is Adjest

Novel. Prom is Romantica's wingman lol, and the two makes sure nothing could develop between Desir/Adjest. But it's heading there.

Novel ends with Desir/Adjest. Something about Adjest giving up her title to be with him. But I'm honestly just waiting for translations to be done, cos I wanna read it for myself.
