Bro is def infected or a zombie or an old experiment,due to that he forgot his past and he lacks some intelligence and general information he did those tattoos to hide his marks from prev incidents he finds these things disgusting like physical contacts because he never had one just like bro turned into a child,and once he regains his memory he knows how a monster he was so he ignores the mc to protect him but mc feels sad and follows him he almost dies but tattoo guy comes and rescue him then they bang and stay together
