i will say, i miss the old chapter 20 translation where when ren says "wait", tadaomi says "i don't want to". it ties it better into the whole theme where tadaomi is finally able to say what he does and doesn't want, and it's a little more satisfying/flirty than just him saying "no".
I agree with you, but also I personally really like the new one because it feels like Tadaomi is being more curt and cheeky. In my head the original was 嫌だ/やだ so both would fit lol (though I don't have access to the raws to really confirm anything)
i'm so scared. follo literally saw himself as garbage before rudo got him up. and we know what rudo's power does. so is follo just gonna die after this? after being thrown away and then given strength by rudo, is he gonna disappear after being "used"? i'd love for follo to be alive. but the narrative implications of rudo being able to bring PEOPLE to life after being discarded would open up to more interesting storylines. especially if that person disappears forever afterwards. there won't even be a body to bury.

okay in ogeretsu tanaka's defense, yarichin bitch club is more of a side project than anything. if you have pixiv and/or know japanese you'd see that they have basically all the chapters free to read aside from extras that get released with official volumes. they're more than capable of writing plot driven stories like escape journey or neon sign amber, and mostly just make yarichin chapters between their more serious stuff
