No idea how legit this is but I think they planned to show off a bit with yunhao's illusion ability so that the opponents are afraid of him and dont attack him when he stands back and does the strategies and activates his spirit eye. Its like the strong one stands back to let the babies play when actually he still uses his abilities to lead the game.
