I still have this little silver lighting hope that Worrick is not the one who kill miles but he already dead when he cut his head off. I still trust him that what he do right know is to gain access to the Corsica family inner rink and the Third Destroyer, and probably also to get close to Daniel Monroe after his switch of alliance. I just hope Nic and Worrick don't end up at different warring faction
I always think that Jaeha is the only one who gonna survived and all the other 8 people that Yoesob kill would be Jaeha parent and friend and their acquaintances. In the end its actually the other way around. Its sad to see Jaeha die as he is the most innocent and nicest of all other character. But the scene that broke my heart is when Taeoh crying and Yoesob lying on the bed alone at the end.
While Jaeha already rest in peace know, Taeoh would be curse to endure all that pain until he also die. That feeling of regret and blaming yourself, i know it so well so it broke my heart when i see Taeoh need to endure the same thing. While with Yoesob, the last scene just made uncomfortable. I don't know which is better for Yoesob, becoming sane and knowing that the only person he ever care already die or sitting alone in the room thinking that his brother still beside him, and probably for the rest of his life.
The writer definitely know what he/she doing when he/she choose the title for this manga. Its really made you uncomfortable knowing all the truth to the story. This is one of the best thirller story that i ever read or watch in a while. I think this series deserve an live action or animation adaptation.
Aww man, i really don' t wanna this manga to end here. I hope there is still one or two afterword chapter after this one. To be honest, there is only two manga that i follow on this site that got me excited when ever it was updated, Harukaze No Entrager (Sequel to Umibe No Entrager) and Shimanami Tasagore. The first have a gay MC that was easy to relate and the latter have a good potrayaln of LGBT community as whole. With the first one on break fro 6 month and this manga ending, i need to probably search for another good manga with more realistic approach on gay character. I really hope Yuki sensei made another series about LGBT issue like this manga.
I doubt it. This manga has being kind of cancelled because low sales. So I dont think she will be doing anything like this one in the future. A pity.

I also wonder if Harukaze No Entrager gonna be that manga that follow the life of a couple from the first time they meet until they are old. I certainly want to see the manga going in that direction while addressing not only the problem that arise from their relationship but from their family itself like Fumi. It kinda made this manga more like a family story rather then just a romance manga.
On other side, I even can't wait to see Wada or maybe Eri and Suzu (Never forget this two girl) or the shop owner after all this 5 year. We already get a glimpse of teenage Chiho, so i really want to see all the other character 5 year later (Especially Wada, i want to see his 32 year old stay at home husband version, lol)
I just found it funny that Kii Kanna use Shun as character to show how exhausting the writer work with all deadline can be, then decide to made Shun take a break from writing novel inside the manga just before herself/himself take a break from drawing the manga itself.
I found an interview article from Yuhki sensei twitter. Its from Buzzfeed Japan and it was in Japanese. Even though i can kinda understand what Yuhki sensei was generally talking about via google translate, its will be good if i can read it in full English and understand it .comprehensively. I think this article was pretty important for all fans to read as its talk about sensei motivation of writing this series and sensei experience as an asexual person.

I holding on reading the newest chapter because i am pretty busy with college work and organization, but there is also part of me that kinda afraid to see Tsubaki dad reaction. Its just kinda feel like see my parent reaction if they accidentally found out i like men. Kinda hit to close isn't it.
But in more lighter not, Yuhki sensei has one of the best visual interpretation in his manga. From the Daichi tore down the wall to bridge scene with Utsumi to UFO visual representation of Tsubaki feeling. His art is so imaginative and its really enhance the character development so much. That last panel showing every character moment as some kind of reflection from christmas tree decoration is brilliant. This is series need to become more famous.
just a note - yuhki-sensei identifies as a non-binary gender (x-gender) so it’d be good to refer to them w/ they/them pronouns!
I know we are all merely readers, and essentially strangers, who happen to read the same manga and talk online, but I would like to think that if you ever need to talk about things, like your dad's reaction should you choose to or have to tell him in the future about your sexual orientation, that we could be there for you, at the very least with an ear to bend. I am a straight female, and while I have many friends who are members of the LGBT community, I know I could never understand what you are going through to more than just a minimal degree and I will not pretend I can. But others who read this, may be able to. And even those of us who can't, maybe good at listen without passing judgment or trying to give advice on a matter we essentially know nothing about from a personal point of view. Basically, this is the long way of saying that I hope you can find support online if you need it (and offline as well).
Also, this series needs an anime. One that is ongoing through the entire series.
OKAY! I get it now. I was trying to figure out what character was Yuhki-sensei in the manga, cause we haven't run across anyone by that name. But then I saw that they are the actual mangaka. That makes me feel better, knowning that I didn't miss an entire character or forget a massive part of the manga.
That line from Riku toward Fuku is definitely on point and kinda like nail on coffin for Fuku. Riku is definitely know how to handle people like Fuku and he really good at talking back. He basically mercilessly massacre Fuku there, lol.
In other light, Riku is absolutely right. If only Fuku stop thinking Shou like object that he need to win over, and treating him like a real human being with kindness instance of lies and deception, thing would go differently. Any thing that build by lies is doom to fall apart soon or later. Fuku need to learn that even if it hard way. He seem kinda learn his lesson but there is part of me that think that this just another ploy by him to win Shou heart using deception that he is feel remorse when he is actually not.
He have too many dirty trick that he already shown this whole time that made us harder to believe in him. Unfortunately, Shou is to nice of guy to point that he can be little naive, that he probably would easily fall to another Fuku deceptive plan. That why Riku need to stop just watching from side line and start interference with Fuku plan. She is the only person who capable enough to stop Fuku and sharp enough to recognize Fuku plan from beginning.
"Extremely popular dogmatic love series drawn by genius Harada"
Harada is the first and only yaoi mangaka that i ever read, that was ever call genius in every magazine cover in which his story publish in it. Like they give him title Genius Harada every time the chapter got serialized, like he is some Albert Einstein of Yaoi, lol.
I am so happy with how the story progress in the last five chapter. Well its certainly the most comedic story Ogeratsu Tanaka ever written, the few last chapter show how much potential the Yarichin Bitch Bu character can be developed if we remove all their crazy sex hijinks.
Some of my guess for several character backstory would be:
- Takemi do not love Itome. Its just one sided love on Itome side but Takemi probably date him out of whim and maybe Itome in Takemi eye is just a replacement for Minami senpai. I am guessing that Minami and Akisawa gonna show for reunion sometimes later.
- Jimmy is grown up in abusive family. His parent probably thought him that hurting him is sign of their love. Its just a quick guess from seeing his childhood flashback and how he respond to Yuri penetrating him.
- That Shikatani back story though. Like they throw the letter hint out in open in chapter 13 and the nosebleed hint in chapter 14, but that was far more dark backstory then what i expect. Like even with Yaguchi backstory was still fill with comedy here and then. I am also guessing that Shou gonna show up soon enough into the story.
- Itome worries me more as obsessive, maybe even potentially dangerously so. Akemi seems like he's taking things for granted, bad idea with an obsessive lover. Itome and Akemi are definitely in an unhealthy relationship from all appearances, but sensei's work is full of "working" unhealthy relationships, so...
- Jimmy's abuse has been clear for a while. That he was pushed off the balcony was new info. I don't think Yuri is trying to just be kind and sort of build his esteem anymore, if that was ever true. Damaged people are magnets for each other, and Jimmy speaks to Yuri on a level that no one else is at all.
- Shou and the Chem Prof look awfully similar, don't you think? And Shikatani's "letters" never have addresses on them, maybe Matsumura is a friend or relative of Ueno Shou's family (only Shou's mom is shown, no dad in the family meeting) - so it'd be an easy way to guarantee your letters got there in some sort of monthly care package with a promised hand off. And an easy way to blackmail Shikatani into putting up with abuse - just promise to send the brother/cousin/son back videos of the rough gay sex to Shikatani's old hometown best friend and first love that he'd already traumatized once
- Itome sure look like abusive boyfriend. For Akemi, i also have a theory Akemi is just too nice of guy to reject Itome confession. From all member of the club, its have been show that Akemi is the one who care most about well being of the other member (Of course that why he is the President). From his conversation with Toono, its clear that Akemi believe that a person can fall in love with the person they don't have any interest previously after they dating each other. I disagree with that idea like Toono but sometimes there is people that basically just except any love confession on him just because they felt awful at rejecting the said person. Akemi probably that type of person. He also probably still hung up on Minami senpai.
- Its seem like Jimmy have strange fetish with pain and that probably have something to do with his past abuse. For balcony, its also can be suicide attempt on Jimmy side though
- I doubt Matsumura is the father of Shou because i am pretty sure the man in flashback during Shou parent and Shikatani parent meeting is Shou dad. But there is possibility that he can be Shou cousin in that regard.
- Regarding Shou being traumatized, i am kinda pretty sure that Shou is not traumatized though. During the parent meeting, he probably just still in shock from knowing that his best friend just forcefully kiss him (Well any straight man would definitely shocked after that incident) but he probably already get over it right know. He keep sending Shikatani letter even though he never reply his letter and he have this sad expression from his sentence when Shikatani leave the town. The problem on Shikatani though. He probably still hung up on the event and feeling guilty from it. That why he still not have guts to reply Shou letter. This problem can be solve if he take up his courage and go back to his hometown to speak up with Shou once more (I am pretty sure he not yet came back since he got admitted in high school, that why Shou keep sending him letter).
About Shikatani, I also think he didn't visited his hometown since he started living in MoriHigh. While we know only if he would go back and would talk with Shou, only then he would reach conclusion in his situation, but damn!, I can understand him way too much, how frightened he may be to go back because there is a great possiblity that he would get hurt. It really a slim chance that Should would accept it. If this manga wouldn't be a yaoi then this is even less possible for Shikatani.
My is bleeding for this poor guy.
