Yea, I’m not sure what’ll happen but I don’t think they’ll marry any time soon. With how smitten he is with the Princess already, he could just end up supporting her plan to be Empress for the time being and help her out. That could also open up the opportunity for them to actually fall for each other organically when he is older, instead of him just pining after her because he was essentially told to.
