There is definitely an age gap but they are all adults. I’m assuming since he was Yuri’s teacher when Yuri was in High School he must be like 5-6 years at least older. But Yuri is in college now and not his student any more and I think that age gap between adults is fine. Not that big.

i used to like this series but lately i just can’t connect to it, i mean so much happened to the uke and he seems... fine almost? it’s a bit off but i’m still going to continue reading it bc i’m curious as to how it’ll end
trauma can really desensitize people. it’s not that he’s fine with it, possibly it’s just the trauma has deeply affected him to the point where he doesn’t know how to express it so he buries it deep down.
i guess that’s true, but the seme hasn’t rlly been comforting him in a way either. i mean have they really sat down and talked abt what happened?
