yeah ML obviously can approach things in a better way... HOWEVER if there were no conflict or negative character traits the story would inherently be boring. characters without flaws or wrongdoings are boring IMO.

It kinda feels weird to me. Because story is already stated, he has been manipulative from start, if you don't like the story, drop. Yeah I want him to tell him he is the namer too but let the story flow, it is still in the early stages. Is the waiting killing me? Absolutely.
