Is it just me, or do some bl mangas give weird comments about girls/women to justify the reason that they’re gay? Why can’t they just be attracted to men?
I was just about to write that too! I felt so uncomfortable when Hanaoka was talking about the girls. As if all the girls in the world are just clones of one another and are all to he detested.
Exactly. It also makes me feel like the author is saying “It’s ok to be gay, but only if you don’t like girls.” It’s an insult to gay people and women.
Am I the only one that’s starting to feel like Hari is acting like her “friend” when she was dating? Like she seems so infatuated with him that only her brother can see that this isn’t the treatment she deserves.
It gets really annoying when people start to hate on the FL because a male character has a sad back story. Either way, I feel bad for both of them. She’s taking her anger of men out on the boys from being abused by her dad and he’s allowing himself to be her target for the same reason. They need serious help.
I already knew it was going to happen but I was still hoping for aya and hi chan to develop and get their own separate partners instead of them just putting them together...still cute though

If hari best friend believes that bs that her boyfriend is about to spew... She’s pissing me off. Seeing how her character is, she is definitely going to believe the lies he’s about to tell and if not she’s going to go along with it because she thinks she needs him. She’s traumatizing her friend and stepbrother at this point. They need to drop her and she needs to grow tf up.
Idk if it’s second lead syndrome that’s fueling this, but I’m kinda sick of the storyline where the character who was rejected gets pushed together with the best friend or other main character. It just feels wrong and ruins everything that was built up throughout the book. I feel like it’s 10x better if they could have their own storyline and chance to find their own love in a side story like in Here U Are. I know it hasn’t happened, but everyone can see it coming.
Yup I agree, I could see a lot of potential here. Like in Here u are, yuyang does push lihuan away but lihuan doesn't throw a fit like hosu. Lihuan keeps pushing and in the process theres so much interesting storyline and eventually yuyang caves into his own feelings and lihuans feelings as well. Very well done. Here its just a cycle. There's no progress and right now hosu and yeol arent going anywhere and they're introducing the obvious side romance. It felt a little random too. While this also feels rushed, it's SOOOOO slow and there are a few plot holes lol. I hope they're able to work in some development with each romances.
