Agree 100% He's been half assing his friendship with kai from the beginning.
As soon as he discovered kai's talent, all the feelings that would have build a nice stable relationship turned into pathetic jealousy that he just can't get over. If you notice, he's always either mad with jealousy or low-key competing with kai. Always thinks back to himself. Legit the most selfish character in the manga. Kai is the only one holding their friendship at this point...
same here kai is the only decent caring loyal friend in this hole story everyone else is either jealous selfish or greedy
