i dont care abt her intentions bc the sister was straight up garbo :/ i feel like the only reasons that she ever “fell in love” with HER SISTERS BOYFRIEND were because it was, like everyone is saying, something she couldn’t have for once and because she was unfamiliar with him and declared that feeling of unfamiliarity as love... like ik it might sound like im gaslighting her or whatever but like she should’ve known the boundaries she should’ve never crossed.
idgaf about that confess and move on bullshit. a lot of the time that harms others and guess what: harming others for your own benefit obviously shows that you are morally flawed. overall, i hate that confess and move on ideology. i feel like it does more damage than what is necessary. its flawed and a little dramatic and possibly immature. like, imagine this: girl gets a new step brother and apparently falls in love with him. should she tell him? obviously, no. it would only create chaos if the whole family finds out and a weird tension if it were kept between the two. when it comes to things like this, people really need to take time to think about it. really sit on it before drawing any conclusions. immediately declaring love and considering confession is reckless.
she needs to get her facts straight. it is possible to overcome feelings independently without involving people or causing unnecessary strife for others (believe me). not everything needs to drawn out. alas , this is a story of fiction and i shouldn’t take it too seriously. doesn’t change the fact that the sister is still horrible(╹◡╹)<3
